By downloading, installing, or using Dead Broke Bingo ("DBB"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application. These terms are not legal advice; they describe how the app operates.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in prize tournaments or to earn from creator views, and the platform verifies your date of birth before allowing access to those features. Stripe Connect performs additional identity verification before any payout is initiated.
DBB maintains two distinct balances that are tracked separately and never exchanged:

Every user has access to the daily free entry; subscribing or making purchases does not grant additional tournament entries. Prize pools are funded entirely by advertising revenue from tournament entry ads. Subscription revenue and in-app purchase revenue never fund prize pools. Outcomes are determined by your submitted board's performance under the tournament's rules (speed, score, or community engagement, depending on the tournament). Submissions are final and cannot be edited or withdrawn once submitted.
Tournament participation AND Creator Earnings are currently available only to users in the United States, and are not available to users located in: Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New York, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Washington. We determine your location from your IP address and your declared residence at signup. We may update this list at any time. Users in excluded regions can still browse content, create boards (without monetization), subscribe to the platform, and use cosmetic Play Coins — they cannot enter tournaments or earn cashable revenue from views.
DBB offers an optional monthly subscription that unlocks platform features (ad-free experience outside of tournament entry ads, subscriber-exclusive cosmetics, expanded saved-board slots, animated avatar options, and — for creators — an analytics dashboard for your own boards). The subscription does not grant any tournament advantage, any additional tournament entries, any change to creator earnings rates, or any preferential treatment in prize distribution. Even subscribers watch tournament entry ads — that is how prize pools are funded. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and follow Apple's standard subscription terms.
You retain ownership of content you create and upload. By posting content, you grant DBB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and use your content within the application and in promotional materials about DBB. You represent that your content does not violate any third-party rights and complies with our community guidelines. We may remove content that violates these terms.
In-app purchases of Play Coin packs and cosmetic bundles are sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as provided by Apple's refund policy. We do not directly process refunds; contact Apple support for refund requests.
You agree not to: use the app for illegal purposes, attempt to circumvent the jurisdiction or age-verification systems (including via VPN or false location declarations), submit fraudulent tournament entries, create multiple accounts to abuse rewards or tournaments, manipulate view counts on your own or others' content, harass other users, upload harmful or infringing content, attempt to hack or disrupt the service, or engage in any activity that interferes with other users' experience.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, including but not limited to circumventing the jurisdiction or age systems and fraudulent tournament behavior. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings menu. Account termination does not entitle you to a refund of unspent Play Coins.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DBB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of the application.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and via the published changelog. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
