We collect information you provide directly (username, email, profile data, date of birth for age verification when you access age-gated features) and information generated through your use of the app (game progress, content interactions, device information, IP address for jurisdiction determination at sign-in and at age-gated actions). We do not sell your personal information.
We use your information to: provide and improve the app, personalize your experience, send notifications you've opted into, maintain leaderboards and social features, enforce age and jurisdiction restrictions on prize tournaments and creator-earnings cashout, compute creator earnings based on qualified view counts, and ensure safety and security.
We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes. We share necessary personal information with Stripe (for Stripe Connect onboarding and payouts) and with Apple (for In-App Purchase processing). We do not share personally identifiable information with other third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
We determine your approximate location from your IP address using MaxMind's GeoLite2 database and from the country and state you declare at signup. We use this information only to enforce jurisdictional restrictions on tournament participation and earnings cashout. Geolocation events (allowed / blocked / mismatch) are logged to a server-only audit collection; they are not shared with other users.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Firebase for authentication and data storage, which maintains SOC 2 compliance. Payment-related information is handled by Stripe and Apple under their respective security and compliance frameworks.
You have the right to: access your data (via Export My Data in Settings), correct inaccurate data, delete your account and associated data, opt out of personalized features, and withdraw consent for data processing. Date of birth is treated as immutable once set to prevent age-verification bypass; corrections require contacting support.
We use analytics tools to understand app usage and improve performance. You can opt out of personalized analytics in Settings > Privacy > Personalized Ranking.
Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users between 13 and 17 may use most app features but are blocked from prize tournament participation and from earning from creator views. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
We retain your data as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is permanently removed within 30 days, except as required by law (for example, financial transaction records associated with creator earnings or in-app purchases may be retained longer for tax and audit purposes).
